Weapons rules used in game play
CandleStick
When a player uses the candlestick or the "Nelson Candela" in a room as part of their suggestion or accusation, the player must invert the Candle Stick so it becomes the "Pedestal of Peril". The player must then place the suggested or accused person token on top of the Pedestal of peril. Player has up to 10 tries to establish the Pedestal of Peril. If player takes more than 10 attempts player drinks and normal game play is resumed. Once Pedestal of Peril is established regular game play is resumed and the following protocol is in play until the following:
- Once the Pedestal of Peril is established that person token must remain on top of the Pedestal of Peril until the Nelson Candela or person is needed. If player needs the person token they must carefully remove the person token without knocking over the Pedestal of Peril. If the Pedestal of Peril is knocked over, that player must undertake a penalty shot. If a player needs to suggest or accuse with the candlestick / Nelson Candela the player must first remove the person token first without knocking over the Pedestal of Peril. This also results in a penalty shot
- Once the Pedestal of Peril is erected at no time must the Pedestal of Peril be knocked over. If so the said player must do a penalty shot. (i.e. dice rolls, table bumps or long sleeves or any vibrations knock over the Pedestal of Peril, player drinks)
Horseshoe
When the player uses the Horseshoe or the "Paris Hilton slipper/shoe" when suggesting or accusing, the player places the game weapon token around the said suggested or accused player.
